As part of the programme, you’ll get access to a rich library of online resources focused on best practices across Eason’s operations. You’ll also take part in interactive masterclasses led by both internal and external experts in Leadership, Coaching, and HR Essentials — giving you a well-rounded foundation for management success.
The programme runs over approximately 10 months and finishes with a well-deserved graduation celebration — a moment to reflect on how far you’ve come and the exciting path ahead.

Build Your Future with Retail Ireland Skillnet and Eason
At Eason, we believe that retail is a career to be proud of — and we’re committed to helping our people grow, learn, and thrive within it. That’s why we’ve proudly partnered with Retail Ireland Skillnet (RIS) — Ireland’s leading body for retail education and training — since 2012.
Through this partnership, we offer a fully funded, two-year Level 6 Apprenticeship in Retail Supervision, designed to help our team members take the next step in their careers. Whether you're just starting out or ready to move into a leadership role, this nationally recognised qualification gives you the skills, confidence, and knowledge to succeed.
